Don loves being in the office with his teammates, laughing, talking, solving customer issues, and exceeding customer expectations. He also enjoys a Friday happy hour.
Fun Facts
Don enjoys golfing, watching the Cubs from the bleachers, and playing hockey. He loves walking with his wife, playing tennis, and visiting Siesta Key Beach. Reading The Athletic, meeting new people, and hearing their stories are among his favorite pastimes. He once sold a microcassette recorder to Walter Payton on a cold call while working with Lanier.

Oscar enjoys mowing the lawn as it helps to clear his mind. Watching his kids play outside and joining them for volleyball brings him joy. Married for nearly 3 years but together forever, Oscar loves family vacations around the Gulf of Mexico and enjoys talking to people and hearing their stories.

Mona loves yard work and enjoys the sun and heat so much that she would live outside if there were no bugs. She treasures time at the lake with her family, especially kayaking at sunset. A classically trained pianist, Mona has been with her high school sweetheart since they were 16 and loves teaching piano.

Kathy loves learning about different ways to package products and is inspired by Don’s enthusiasm for everything Rigali does.
Fun Facts
Kathy enjoys walking her dog, reading in her backyard, and traveling. She raised 4 children and loves visiting them in their new hometowns. Kathy passed all four parts of the CPA exam on her first try and then dedicated 20 years to raising her kids, blending her professional and personal life seamlessly.

Norm loves tennis and golf, and cherishes his family, which includes 4 kids and 10 grandchildren. He has a fun side too, enjoying singing and dancing to Doo Wop music. Norm's enthusiasm for life and family keeps him active and engaged, both in his personal life and in his role at Rigali.

Jose is a gym enthusiast who never misses a workout. He enjoys gardening and has been married for 42 years, with 4 kids and 8 grandkids. Known for his beautiful rose garden and the greenest grass in the neighborhood, Jose is also the go-to mechanic for friends needing help with fixes.

Dave is passionate about classic car restoration, especially his '66 Chrysler 300. Recently becoming a first-time grandpa has been a joy. Despite being color blind, Dave does most of the interior decorating around his house, showcasing his unique ability to overcome challenges with creativity.
